Cancellations
Cancellations
can be made 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 10
days, will be charged in full. Whilst every effort will be
made to re-let your booking, only the re-let portion will be
refunded.
Payment
Terms
We
accept Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard and cash upon pick up of
the keys. We regret we are unable to accept personal cheques.
Package
dates attract a 50% deposit one month prior to booking or at
booking date if booked within 30 days of arrival.
Security
Deposit
Management
may request for a security deposit (credit card imprint) prior
to access to the property.

In & Check Out
Check
in time: 2pm to 7pm (later by prior arrangement)
Check
out time: 10am (Late check-out may attract hourly fee, please
arrange with office at least twelve hours prior to check out
date)
